Aven Mimeomancer would improve all your birds slowly, and Adaptative Automaton could do as a "lord". Run Suntail Hawk as first turn creature, drop 1 island and 1 plain, and run 1 more disenchant. Also, replace Welkin Hawk with Squadron Hawk. Add Mana Leak and Jorney to Nowhere, or Pacifism, or anything that could ride of opponent creatures.
