This is just a deck i threw together for fun, and it is pretty fun. Some of the 1 cards are just there because i had no other cards to put in those places as i built it with some goblin cards a friend gave me and others i had lying around.
Use the Goblin matrons and Recruiters to find the Guttersnipe cards and the siege-gang commando cards for extra burn damage to tack onto your burn spells, and to gain some tokens to sacrifice for grenades. Other cards like Krenkos command and goblin rally are there to get tokens onto the field that can be pumped by goblin kings and caves.
