I think your deck is slightly jumbled in terms of purpose. Given your description of the deck, I will go ahead and assume that Stuffy Doll is the center piece for the deck. As such, I would suggest getting rid of the Chimeras; they're great to sac and make the others bigger, but it takes up a lot of card space that could be better used to thin out your deck and increase draw capacity. Try using a War Elemental in place of the Chimeras - he gets pretty big pretty quickly, especially in a deck like this, and when played right is an excellent secondary win condition. Also, about 50% of your deck requires 4 mana or more to operate, so you will probably need some mana ramping ability in there to help get some of those high cost key cards out - Seething Song is a pretty solid fit for the average mana cost in this deck. Also, assuming you're keeping with the Stuffy / Pariah's Shield combo, I might throw in some Pyrohemia (2 red 2 colorless enchantment, pay 1 red mana to deal 1 damage to each creature and each player) instead of the Molten Disaster. It's great to use between turns and deter any decks based around smaller creatures. Also, if sticking with the Stuffy / Shield combo, I would put 4 Pariah's shields in there since it is such a key combo for the deck. Good deck idea!
