Deck Description

Starter Budget -series is variation of my famous(?) Budget Decks -series.
In this series, I attempt to create decks that go great for starters:
They do not have extremely valuable or complicated cards. Most of them are simple commons and uncommons.
Though, this doesn't mean that these decks aren't threat. In right hands (and some practice, of course,) they can overwhelm very tough opponents.
These decks are meant for those who have just dived into the mysterious depths of Magic: The Gathering, or for those people who like simple and cheap decks. Or, to just anyone!
Budget is meant to be low! (Less than 15 bucks.)

(Remember: If you are new player, do not be afraid to ask if you have questions. Northy has always time for newbies!)

How to Play

This deck attempts to teach newbies the ways of evil and selfish black color of Magic: The Gathering. Cast some kill spells while forcing your opponents to discard some cards. Your opponent is gonna have some bad times here...

Deck discussion for Starter Budget: Evil Black

Great deck! I honestly think Black is the best colour to start off playing with, thanks to all that removal available to it. Some suggestions I would make are as follows, if the budget allows it:
1. Blood Artist instead of Deathgreeter.
2. Prickly Boggart/Highborn Ghoul instead of Liliana's Shade and Ravenous Rats (I think the curve is low enough to avoid the mana ramp from Liliana's Shade. The latter is if you want aggro instead of discards)
3. Profane Command (it's surprisingly cheap for a command card) instead of Tendrils of Corruption. Other choices include Consume Spirit, Death Cloud, Exsanguinate, and Suffer the Past.

Thanks about the suggestions, but lets go through few things:
-cards like Profane Command would be far too complicated cards to some starters, surely not for all of them, but for some people... Plus it is pretty priceful = I try to avoid cards like that in Starter Budget.
-I also think that unblockable creatures do not belong in here.
-Blood Artist would fit like a dream, but as I said, too priceful.

Thanks again from suggestions. Together we can create perfect decks, but this time I just won't add any cards. I hope you understand.

What I have done to earn such as good commentors as you?
You people seem to be far too nice compared to what I should earn.
