Ok, so I have a legendary rule question. If you have the new-lamog on your field then the OG ulamog enters on your field, does the legend rule trigger?

Nope. The legend rule affects only creatures with exactly same names.

That is actually a bit different:If two planeswalkers under your control bear the same planeswalker-subtype (such as Jace, Garruk, etc.) the legend rule will trigger.
