Let us show them what how a true control player plays! This deck is a bit tricky. The whole purpose of the deck is to win the game by waiting patiently and attacking with Etrata. This deck has a ton of tutor cards in it, so it isn't too bad of an idea to shuffle Etrata when she gets through. You also have enough mana rocks in order to cast her a couple extra times from command zone if needed to. This deck should work at least in 1v1 commander, since then you can focus all your hate against a single foe.- As soon as you have enough mana, Swiftfoot Boots/Strider Harness, Tutor or two and a couple of counterspells, you can start "turtling" the game. Search for Etrata every turn, cast her, equip, hit, exile, end the turn. If your opponent tries to win the game or stop Etrata, counter that spell.- It is likely that once you get Etrata through a couple of times that your opponent will completely stop playing creatures. This is fine too, you just win the game by slowly beating them up with your creatures and saving up some mana for counterspells. If you somehow cannot attack your opponent, it is possible to win the game by milling them slowly (via Duskmantle, House of Shadow and/or Nephalia Drownyard) or pulling off an infinite combo with Deadeye Navigator. If you have the Navigator and Peregrine Drake, you can kill off your opponent by targeting them with Damnable Pact. Just make sure you've spared mana for a couple of counterspells.
