Deck discussion for Budget EDH: Ancient Verdeloth

Wave of Vitriol and Primal Order would fit well in a deck with this many basics.

Very nice northy! I'm actually working on an edh with yisan as the commander. It's all permanents except for a single primal surge. Basically once you cast it, you just play your deck and own face

With creature based production Nullmage Shepherd would be a nice addition for removal of enchantments and artifacts. Also with mana ramp creatures, Terastodon is a great choice to take out problem targets. With the reprinting of Skullclamp in the new commander decks the price has fallen so it would be a great addition as well being able to place on 1/1's for two card draws. Other then that deck looks pretty solid and affordable nice job.

Nice deck !

Maybe so, but anyone can buy those decks. This one was carefully built and is therefore better

Not sure if it's been suggested already, but Champion of Lambholt is like...50 cents and always amazing for green horde decks.

Your commander has an X cost in it's ability and you run a crap ton of green permanents. I'm going to suggest Karametra's Acolyte and Sword of the Paruns. Green devotion greater than 4? Enjoy your infinite mana generation loop for just over a dollar.
