Notice to the commentors:
This is a DUEL DECK. That means it is mostly meant to face the other side of it. Try to understand that the card in the deck picture is the "boss-card" of the deck, and like in every duel deck, there is supposed to be only one of those cards.
I also do not like editing duel decks afterwards.
Lore:
"Our troops have lost against goblin units? Again?" landlord asked with anger in his voice. "If this keeps going on, I'll make sure that your next failure will be your last!" Court-captain sighed deep. "I'm so very sorry, m'lord. It will not happen again."
Soon after, the court-captain rode out of the landlord's fortress. These small villages that were in the landlord's lands weren't safe anymore. More and more goblin attacks every month. It was all thanks to that one devilish goblin: Ib Halfheart. He was mischievous like any other goblin. He was annoying like any other goblin. He was greedy like any other goblin. The only difference was that the Ib knew something that most other goblins didn't: Ib knew about careful planning and tactics. That-one-helluva-pain-in-the-arse-goblin had created some cunning plans recently that had been quite effective. Surprise attack to a lumber mill here and nighttime raid to an armory there... So much loss had been encountered in such a little time. All thanks to that one goblin. The court-captain himself wasn't too young anymore. He remembered the days when he used to be a deadly foe with his longsword and armor on. The goblins weren't so big problem those days. But now the goblins had Ib. And all the court-captain had got was weakened sight and a bum leg.
That night the court-captain didn't sleep at all. He sat at his table with maps all over the table. He knew that the goblins were about to strike soon again. Where? He wasn't too sure. But he knew that he had to stop it. If only he could be able to kill that one spawn of mischievousness known as Ib Halfheart, he could finally sleep peacefully at night. And if not, he would be one head shorter. The landlord was not the most merciful of men, and he didn't have too much of a nerve. In addition to that, the court-captain had failed a couple of times recently. He had no place for another mistake.
The next day court-captain got some welcome news from one of his patrolmen: a traveling planeswalker had arrived to town. In that same moment, captain got a great idea. After a short conversation with the planeswalker and some money-changing, the planeswalker agreed on visiting the plane of Lorwyn and finding the best goblin hunter possible.
"But why Lorwyn?" asked a village patrolman from the captain.
"I've heard that there used to be major goblin problems in Lorwyn. However the Kithkin were able to deal with the problem. So, I guess at least some of them knows to to track and hunt down a goblin", answered the captain briefly. "And all I need is this one devilish goblin dead."
The same evening the planeswalker returned with a kithkin. After a brief conversation, the Kithkin made clear that he could track down and kill any goblin he wanted: as long as he gets his part of the trade. The amount of gold he asked was enormous, but the captain knew that it is better to be poor than dead.
"Which kind of goblin I am after?" asked the kithkin bounty hunter.
"Well, cunning, devilish and a greedy one." answered the captain.
The bounty hunter took a glimpse towards the mountains nearby the village they were in. He spat on the ground and said: "Okay. Here is the plan: you give me all the soldiers you can borrow, a wagon and all the gunpowder you have in this village. Some rope could also be useful."
"Those can be provided", answered the captain. "But why do you need them?"
The kithkin looked at the captain with a bored look on his face, then he suddenly laughed and said:
"Do you know what is the best way to catch a rat? Well, you need to set a rattrap for it."

That goblin must die.
Cast some soldier boys to the field, then give 'em some equipment, buff up and other profits. Strike swift, strike hard, strike soon.
The deal is that you need to attack quickly, yet effectively. Get a one big guy onto the field with equipment and such, then go in for kill. Try to take care of the problem before it gets off-the-hand.
