Are you bored? Does Magic: The Gathering feel old and vapid? Got any useless bucks in your bank account? Ladies and Gentlemen, I have solution.Use your bank account on nearest MtG marketplace website and buy some cheap cards, craft a deck, and challenge your friends! To double the fun, ask your friend to create such a deck too!The Budget Decks -series is meant for your free time! These are meant to inspire you, and deck's value is meant to be low! (Between 10 and 20 bucks.)Buwalda wanted me to create two Budget Decks, that work together well in two headed giant. These decks are called "Wreak Havoc" and "Safeguard". I'm adding the "Paired deck" -tag to this deck to help finding the two-parted decks in the future. Also, you can check out the link to other deck right here:http://www.mtgvault.com/northernwarlord/decks/budget-decks-safeguard/
Inspired by Buwalda. As you can see, Wreak Havoc is based on aggressive gaming, striking down foes quickly and mercilessly. It launches lots and lots of kill spells to your opponent while it keeps attacking and attacking. This is more like the "selfish" side of the team. This deck unleashes hell at your opponent while Safeguard makes sure that Wreak Havoc doesn't run out of ammo.

Rakdos Shred-Freak over Ravenous Rats? Flame Slash over Last Gasp?

I'll add Shred-Freaks, but I like the instant speed and regenerative removal, so I'll let the Last Gasp stay. Thanks about suggestions though.
Wow. I like this a lot. Such a neat rakdos deck!
Thanks bro!
