Deck Description

Are you bored? Does Magic: The Gathering feel old and vapid? Got any useless bucks in your bank account? Ladies and Gentlemen, I have solution.
Use your bank account on nearest MtG marketplace website and buy some cheap cards, craft a deck, and challenge your friends! To double the fun, ask your friend to create such a deck too!
The Budget Decks -series is meant for your free time! These are meant to inspire you, and deck's value is meant to be low! (Between 10 and 20 bucks.)

How to Play

U-u-u-a-a-a-A!!!*
(*Yes, that's what monkey sounds like.)

This 6.50$ deck likes apes almost as much as me.
Apes are awesome entities! They can use sticks as a weapons! They know how to keep their furs free from parasites! They are omnivores like us! They are damn cute! (Yes, even gorillas.) They can throw poop at intruders if required! And they just don't know how to turn their own swag off!
That's why apes are cool.

Deck discussion for Budget Decks: Planet of Apes

Nice. Can you do one for elephants? And one for wolves maybe?

I saw you have a green elephant deck, but a white one would be cool

Do you mind if I create it G/W, since white has no early Elephant drops?

Interesting...monkey business at its finest!

Some suggestions:
1. Gorilla Chieftain (maybe instead of berserkers?)
2. Simian Brawler (take out silverback for it, maybe? If most of your cards can be cast with few lands, this card can get very interesting)
3. Obelisk of Urd (if you have enough field presence, I think this would be a good choice)
4. Giant Growth instead of Naturalize (I'd sideboard artifact removal)

Have fun XD

Haha. This looks great!

Would you please be able to sort out a deck for me too?

At my local MTG Club we like to plan funny decks with awesome names (Like a deck that steals your opponents creatures called "Why are you hitting yourself?") but there is one deck that we thought about and my friend is wishing to get except we seem to struggle with it and so I thought that I'd ask you for some help.

We are aiming to get a "WIND IN THE WILLOWS" deck going so if you get time could you take a look and possibly give it a go for the sake of my local magic club.

We would like it to be a budget deck and so if this is possible that would be greatly appreciated, but I understand that budget decks do have better options for a greater price and if you feel these as a necessity for the deck to operate then please put them in.

Thanks in advance.

You mean a deck based on that book for kids? Sounds like a hilarious idea.

Yeah that's the one!!

I was hoping you'd be able help us by getting a basic overview of the deck for us and so we can then make our own adjustments as time progresses. Would you please be able to start this for us Northy?
