Thank you. I'm glad that you are cool with with it.
Pretty awesome. Have yohj considered breaking//entering?
Some suggestions (if within budget constraint)1. Since this deck is mainly about milling, Countersquall could be replaced with Negate (better colors since the black is replaced with generic 1)2. Tormod's Crypt could be exchanged for Haunting Echoes for 'milling' directly from their deck and preventing graveyard usage3. Tomb Scour could be replaced with Thought Scour for draw power4. Curse of Bloody Tomb or Chronic flooding? Honestly, this one's up for the player's choice on the sideboard I think XD5. Other good cards to consider: coerced confession (for draw power), extract from darkness (great choice against stompies), Mind Funeral (a more expensive version of Mind Grind), Pilfered Plans (for draw power), Psychic Drain (for sustain, if faced against aggro; then again, you do have some great control cards)Have fun XD
Hedron Crab bro. 5 copies.
Hedron Crabs plus a set of bounce lands and rites of flourishing = pure destruction worth adding the splash of green. Also makes the Jace's erasures more productive
Wonder how much Haunting Echos is. Game winner in this deck.
Looks cool, I know its around $1, but Mind Funeral would be a nice addition.
Yep, if you get lucky, that card can mill a lot of cards!!!
traumatize?
Something like Jace's Erasure is needed here: something to put a timer on your opponent. The little chippy mill cards that hit every turn can be just as deadly as the big expensive ones. Personally, I'd nuke the grindclock for a set of erasures.
Murderous cut?
OHGODYES! Modern-Legal!
Now, I like playing creatures. So this deck is pretty much the plague incarnate for me.I still think dimir doppelgänger would be pretty damn funny. But I digress, this is not that sort of deck.Good job, as always, Northy.
Thanks.
Two words, my friend: Memory Erosion That and Curse of the Bloody Tome...
Okay dokay.
Check out my mill deck called Deck'd Out you should add traumatize and meletis charlatan so you can copy it or get cast through time (instant and sorcery spells you cast have rebound). It is a nice deck though. Also maybe some mill creatures.
