Deck Description

Are you bored? Does Magic: The Gathering feel old and vapid? Got any useless bucks in your bank account? Ladies and Gentlemen, I have solution.
Use your bank account on nearest MTG marketplace website and buy some cheap cards, craft a deck, and challenge your friends! To double the fun, ask your friend to create such a deck too!
The Budget Decks -series is meant for your free time! These are meant to inspire you, and deck's value is meant to be low! (Between 10 and 20 bucks.)

How to Play

This has to be one of the most weirdest decks I've ever created. I just wanted to create a deck that runs one of the Nephilims, extremely uncommon four-colored creatures.

This deck's sole purpose is to (surprise, surprise), beat your opponent's face in. Cast some big early game bombs in order to squish your foes.

Deck discussion for Budget Decks: Dune-Nephilim

While I know that it'll detract from the whole budget theme, for the sake of consistency I'd take out the druids in favor of sylvan caryatids.

Nephilims. 4 colors. Interesting, yet difficult.

Are there any 4 color legendaries we can build around?? That'd be interesting XD

This is a really cool deck, Northy! Could you make a tiny leaders deck for Yisan, the Wanderer Bard?

Nice deck. A little concerned about the lack of 1-drops though. Maybe some Elvish Mystics? I would suggest Birds of paradise, but I know it's a budget deck. =)

I is definitely not budget, but Manamorphose would be killer in this deck

Avacyn's Pilgrim is nifty little dork here, and shambling remains is a nifty face beater.

I keep reading it Druid of the Enima lol

The Nephilim are some of my favorite creatures in the game. I give huge props just for making a deck around one, especially non-EDH.

Thank you for support! I'm glad you like this deck! I can create more of these Nephilim-based decks if you wish.
Would you like to see more? If so, which one should I create next?

I'd love to see what you come up with. I'm gonna try brewing a few up myself. Ink-Treader might be my favorite just because of the endless combo potential, especially within the confines of a budget deck. Yore-Tiller could be the dynamo of a fun budget reanimator. Witch-Maw could also go in some really interesting directions.

Okay. Expect to see more Nephilims in a couple of days.

Hi Northy, oyu have some white in this deck, what about some protection for your creatures? Can also give you some evasion for your Nephilim to flood the board with tokens..

I know I wasn't the only one that was like "What the hell is a Nephilim" lol. I'd like to see this deck built more around Dune-Brood Nephilim and its Sand tokens swarming. Just because .... they're freakin' Sand Creatures (reminds me of Tusken Raiders from Starwars).

Yeup. I used to be skilled at imitating their voice.

I was thinking Rogue's Passage could be a great land to add. It gives you another token, and makes Dune Nephilim unblockable so you can actually get your tokens :D

Is alpha authority too expensive? (its 30 cents each) Combined with madcap skills it makes you unblockable. Although it is more enchantments.

That would be more if you were trying to do something like GR auras
