Are you bored? Does Magic: The Gathering feel old and vapid? Got any useless bucks in your bank account? Ladies and Gentlemen, I have solution.Use your bank account on nearest MTG marketplace website and buy some cheap cards, craft a deck, and challenge your friends! To double the fun, ask your friend to create such a deck too!The Budget Decks -series is meant for your free time! These are meant to inspire you, and the deck's value is meant to be low! (Between 10 and 20 bucks.)
Inspired and requested by robbty. My apologies for the deck's poor quality.Even though the deck is a pretty poor one, it has a simple idea. Pull off an infinite mana combo and end the game by casting either Prosperity or Fascination. There are currently two infinite mana combos in the deck:Palladium Myr + 2x Myr GalvanizerORDeadeye Navigator + Peregrine DrakeIf you manage to pull off a combo, just cast Prosperity to make the game end due to all players unable to draw any additional cards from their libraries. Two things to notice:-First of all, the combo is REALLY hard to pull off successfully. You probably get your combo pieces destroyed before you can end the game. This is the reason why I heavily suggest playing this deck in either Free-for-all or Two-Headed Giant formats. NOT in 1v1.-In the case you fail to pull out the infinite combo, cast Hive Mind and Prosperity/Fascination with as much mana as possible. Luckily you have enough mana to make every player draw +40 cards.

Can you fit Laboratory Maniac in at all?

Maybe Psychosis Crawler, Learn From the Past, or Elixir of Immortality to make sure you don't mill yourself to death along with the opponent.
This looks really fun! I would suggest laboratory maniac, because of the imminent danger of decking yourself out. Also, I made a standard deck. Check it out? http://www.mtgvault.com/xstormyx/decks/fiesta-earthquake/
@jaeger997@LycandrosThis deck is not meant to win the game, but I'll add some stuff to sideboard for you two.
I made a Bant helpful deck, not exactly budget but it does a lot more than draw for everyone. Elixir's are great to be able to recast spells, as well as the Wheel. http://www.mtgvault.com/lycandros/decks/a-little-too-helpful/
Wait... When you mean by "not meant to win the game", do you mean by not winning by attacking, or just not winning at all?
@jaeger997Pretty much not to win at all. This is a fun-based deck with the main point of making "everybody lose".The reason behind this deck? I was suggested it.
Ahh... I see...
