Inspired and requested by Jrodbad. This deck is based around the Planeswalker Jace, Architect of Thought.Jace has pondered twisted riddles and faced countless of foes. Against both of them, he relies on the abilities of his mind. The basic idea behind this deck is actually really simple: control what you can, attempt to destroy what you cannot. At start of the game, try to get the cards you need as quickly as possible. You must have the elements you need to control the foe you are facing.

Hey North I'm kind of in a bind I made a jace deck using the newest one for origins but I have a terrible deck for him that barely works at all you really helped me in the past with some izzet decks (which got turned into a very excellent grixis deck) and I was wondering if you could help me again I have a ton of cards from origins including a play set of jace's sanctum that is hate to see go to waste think you could make a deck for this?

A Jace deck based on Magic Origins? I guess I can do it.Do you want me to use an actual Jace in the deck? If so, which one? The Architect (cheapest choice) like in here? The Jace from Origins? Just say which Jace you want, and I'll handle it.
I use the jace from origins but if you'd like to use a cheaper one to keep your budget theme that's just fine also I have an unbelievable amount of older blue commons so it doesn't strictly have to be origins mainly just cheap and easy to make and play and also I don't know if this affects the deck but I usually play in a group of three or four and I'd really like for one of my blue decks to be able to handle that but I know that's a serious challenge
And just in case you'd like a challenge I have at least one of each jace and while each one has a deck right now they aren't the best they could be so if you'll accept my challenge is to build a deck for each jace each deck is mono blue and each has to have a different theme (this one can count for architect of though if you'd like
Woah. I guess I'm making a several Jace-decks then. To avoid repetition, I'll create just two or three of them, if you don't mind.
Sure also way to accept the challenge most people just back down I'd recommend skipping memory adept his deck is kind of an easy one unless you have a clever strategy that isn't mill
Also good luck I've struggled with this for a while if you'd like any suggestions I've brainstormed plenty of ideas I just can't build them right

P.s I'd also like it to be mono blue if it's no trouble
