There are alot of 1-2 mana cost auras that have draw abilities that you could play then built up to Ethereal Armor.

i know this isnt budget but, throw in some RTR shocklands in there and your Zoos trigger sooner.

Temur battle rage over double cleave? Also maybe become immense because it works well with the evolving wilds?

In a three-color deck that by its nature can't have great mana-fixing, I think the more flexible casting cost of double cleave makes sense over Temur Battle Rage. A difficult choice, though.

A Zoo deck without schock lands and Fetch lands will not always work properly. I think this list depends on luck too much when it cames to lands.
Maybe if you add

4 x Nylea's Presence

You can both fix your mana and have all the land types at the same time without losing card advantage since it lets you draw a card when it enters the field. But you will lose some tempo.

I'd just go with 4 Evolving Wilds and 4 Terramorphic Expanse and drop the dual lands. Also probably some Lightning Bolts

The duel lands come into play tapped when he searches for them with the two search cards. Whats wrong with some extra life and mana fixing?

1) the search filters out a card his deck doesnt need
2) the dual lands don't set him up with all the +triggers for his creatures, and since he's not using shock lands he'll need as many ways as possible to make sure he has all 3 basics every time.

so the coming if the coming in tapped doesn't make a difference either way, then the gain 1 life won't help him as much as stronger creatures would.

Mayber Ghor-clan rampager instead of colossal might?

colossal might is a little more versatile because you can play it anytime whereas the rampager is only on attacking creatures and the on point of toughness isnt as important

Why don't you play:
Loxodon Smiter
Woolly Thoctar
Kessig Wolf Run
Burning-Tree Emissary
Tarmogoyf - Definitely the most budget card ever
Also, and I know this from expirence, if you are playing a zoo deck, you should be running anywhere between 8-12 removal spells, these can be lightning bolt, lightning helix, path to exile, or any other number of things. There are budget replacements for all of these!

You also need to run Ghor-Clan Rampager as a 4 of. Super budget, and super good!

If you want an example of a non-budget:

That deck has been worked on for about 6 months!

Please, if I reiterated anything, don't get mad at me... I was too lazy to read everything else :P
Good luck!! And nice brew!
