I've made quite a many blue decks in these past few weeks, but one more could never hurt, right? This is a Budget Deck (BD for short). It is meant primarily for casual play, and its estimated mid value is aimed to land between 10 and 20 US dollars at most. Take this detail into consideration when browsing the deck!I mostly use MTG Vault for my own private projects nowadays, but feel free to comment or request a deck of your choice. I've loved the Vault so far, and I like that they are still improving on it, as well as I am improving on my English language skills. So, if you like what you see, consider checking out some of my other budget-y work from the link below.https://www.mtgvault.com/northernwarlord/budget/
Bouncing sure is fun, and this deck attempts to take all out of it!Cast creatures with handy ETB-abilities ('enters the battlefield'), then bounce them straight back for another round! Many of these bounce effects, such as Umbilicus and Sunken Hope, are also great at hindering opponents, so you should have quite a lot of time to setup your moves! Once the game goes on, Cloudkin Seer, Thunder Drake and Draining Whelk can provide you with some repeated hard-to-block beatdown, likely to secure your victory!Take a glance at the sideboard if you wish to include some alternative cards. Be prepared!Statistics: (out of 5)- Deck Speed: <><> (How quick the deck is?)- Creature Focus: <><><><><> (How much this deck relies on creatures?)- Creature Size: <><><> (How big are the main creatures of this deck?)- Card Synergy: <><><> (Do the cards of the deck help out each other well?)- Card Value: <><><><> (How much card advantage can you get out of your cards?)- Level of Complexity: <><> (How hard this deck is to properly play?)Pros:+ Good against slower-paced creature-based decks.+ Many ways to disrupt enemy plays.Cons:- Vulnerable against aggro.

What about [[Familiar's Ruse]] or Moon-Circuit Hacker?

You want Wall of Tears. Easily one if the best walls ever made and fits your theme. I also tend to like Metamorphic Alteration over Clone these days.
