Why spend mana on big spells when just a single mana is clearly all you need?I mostly use MTG Vault for my own private projects nowadays, but feel free to comment or request a deck of your choice. I've loved the Vault so far, and I like that they are still improving on it, as well as I am improving on my English language skills. So, if you like what you see, consider checking out some of my other budget-y work from the link below.https://www.mtgvault.com/northernwarlord/budget
This deck is a reference to an older (and quite bad) deck of mine, 'One is All I Need'.https://www.mtgvault.com/northernwarlord/decks/budget-decksone-is-all-i-need/This deck is a rakdos aggro, that utilizes only cards that cost a single mana. Starting its aggro early on, it attempts to pull off some simple synergies to get the upper hand in the game before your opponents can really react to it. Some of these include: - Buffing up Nested Shambler's power, then buffing up the tokens it creates with Signal Pest or Dynacharge. - Buffing Signal Pest or Kessig Wolfrider, allowing you to attack early on with a hard-to-block creature. - Disabling enemy blockers with Renegade Tactics and Clawing Torment, then whopping them up as well as you can using your everyday creatures.Use the sideboard for some alternative cards against alternative opponents.Statistics: (out of 5)- Deck Speed: <><><><><> (How quick the deck is?)- Creature Focus: <><><><><> (How much this deck relies on creatures?)- Creature Size: <> (How big are the main creatures of this deck?)- Card Synergy: <><><> (Do the cards of the deck help out each other well?)- Card Value: <><> (How much card advantage can you get out of your cards?)- Level of Complexity: <><> (How hard this deck is to properly play?)Pros:+ You'll rarely run into too little mana, provided you get one of each color onto the field.Cons:- Poor long-term growth.
