Cat tribal has been going strong for these last few years, which has been a lovely thing to see. Cats in general, no matter if made out of cardboard or meat and bones, are close to my heart. This deck combines some of the cooler cats with some serious Orzhov flavor.I mostly use MTG Vault for my own private projects nowadays, but feel free to comment or request a deck of your choice. I've loved the Vault so far, and I like that they are still improving on it, as well as I am improving on my English language skills. So, if you like what you see, consider checking out some of my other budget-y work from the link below.https://www.mtgvault.com/northernwarlord/budget/
This deck is surprisingly aggressive. Gun down enemy blockers using efficient removal while dropping numerous smaller threats on the field. High amounts of sacrifice-support makes sure you can always do something, no matter how stuck you get due to your opponent's defenses. All the smaller cats in this deck provide you with some solid offense. When paired with King of the Pride, each of them can offer some serious beatdown. Etchings of the Chosen can also help in a pinch, providing group buff while protecting mainly the King from harm.If you happen to find yourself unable to beat foes down, consider draining opponents with Bastion of Remembrance. The token it makes sure ain't a cat, but solid sacrifice-fodder anyways. You feel like editing the deck? The sideboard has some sweet alterations for the deck! You can consider dropping an additional Animal Sanctuary and the mutating kitty-cats in, so you'll have more of an endgame strategy at your disposal. Beware though, since it will slow down your strategy and turn you a bit farther away from the aggressive playstyle!

Cubwarden or Leonin Warleader could be worth considering, tough it will be hard to remove something for it, as both are cmc4 cards and you wan to be this deck to be rather fast.

These suggestions are not bad at all!You are right about the mana costs though, this deck is quite aggressive, and those cards would immediately increase the average CMC here.I think I'll still work around the sideboard a bit. To see what I can come up with.
Okay, I just added Cubwardens and some Necropanthers to the sideboard. I also added an additional Animal Sanctuary, so one may edit the deck into more of a slow-paced battlecruiser.
Cats are epic
They sure are, pal. They sure are.
