I remember building a deck around card draw long, long ago. I did that in real life rather than on this website, but the idea still drew my attention which is why I decided to slap one deck like this together. Enjoy!I mostly use MTG Vault for my own private projects nowadays, but feel free to comment or request a deck of your choice. I've loved the Vault so far, and I like that they are still improving on it, as well as I am improving on my English language skills. So, if you like what you see, consider checking out some of my other budget-y work from the link below.https://www.mtgvault.com/northernwarlord/budget/
This deck is a rather strange one: you are supposed to draw cards and gain advantage from doing so, without doing so much as playing them! Despite getting so much advantage from simply drawing cards, you are supposed to beat foes down with some serious beaters. Your main beasticks will likely be Body of Knowledge, Psychosis Crawler and Sturmgeist, but don't forget that cards like Faerie Vandal may prove out to be deadly damage dealers. This deck is built around the idea that you can go in for a long game if necessary. Ominous Seas spews out Krakens slowly but steadily for as long as the game keeps going, all the while Psychosis Crawler causes some slow damage and Teferi's Tutelage mills your opponents. If your opponent tries to go all out and you manage to ruin their plans with well placed Repulse of Dream Fracture, you can likely out-advantage your opponents simply by drawing some extra cards. If you feel like the deck has problems against certain opponents, consider taking a look at the sideboard. Oneirophage is an additional beater that grows constantly, making it a high level threat for your opponent. Flow of Ideas likely draws a lot of cards while playing mono blue, while Negate and Aetherize work best when playing against slower or faster opponents, respectively.
