Hmph, Wicked, you do seem like you have been carefully spectating the actions of these trolls, but do you actually have a lot of solid proof against their illegal actions? I mean that they do seem to wreak havoc around here which isn't nice, but I'm not completely assured that they are actual criminals.I understand completely why you find them dangerous: I too think that the worst case scenario is that they get the site shut down because of their pointless shenanigans, but otherwise I do think that the best way to handle them is to leave them be: trolls hate nothing more than being ignored.I don't want you to lose sleep over some silly goons on this website. I know we both have been around for a long time by now, but constant warring against them is probably going to incite them even more and cause even more problems to this website than before. We can just hope that the moderators come back and find out what's REALLY going on. Until then, I suggest we keep low profile, at least with the trolls.

First of all, you can call me Northy.Second, I love the janky idea of spamming zombies via retrieved Jungle Creepers, Durable Coilbugs and Sanitarium Skeletons. I might need to craft another deck soon enough. :D
Whisper Squad sure is cool, at least. I think they could have a home in a casual deck, as well as creatures like [[Battalion Foot Soldier]] and [[Trustworthy Scout]]. They are the dudes that fetch a lot of sacrifice-fodder when on the battlefield, with the only downside being they require a teeny bit time and mana.
Glad to hear it. I've always loved a black-white Human sacrifice tribal. Have had one IRL myself for a long time now.
I know Muktol, I know.I just wanted to give my pals Jungle Creeper and Durable Coilbug a chance to shine. As a little benefit, [[Bushmeat Poacher]] provides a bit more healing this way.Thank you for your input though. I love that you guys still keep some of this community's activity alive.
Thoughtpicker is a nasty suggestion! I'll throw it into the sideboard.
Glad to hear so.
I understand this opinion, but let me quickly shed some light on my personal thoughts:It has come to my personal opinion that it is against the social code to run a Sol Ring. In a multiplayer format, in early game, you'll paint yourself as the big bad foe the instant you drop Sol Ring onto the board, and in late game it matters little to play it. Furthermore, Sol Ring is banned in 1v1 Commander, so if someone intends to play this in that format, they won't have to change any cards in here.
Sure, I can help you.
Uh, thanks?
Nadaar could find a spot somewhere here, sure. Acererak on the other hand, I think he just costs too much money for my budget decks.
Yea, I happen to miss blocks as well. I always loved how they explored the same design space from different perspectives, such as with Amonkhet - self-discard in the form of discard engines, cycling, etc.
Looks nice!I suggest dropping out Jaspera Sentinel in favor of my boy Skull Prophet!
Many of these cards remind me of the old days, back when I started magic myself.+1 like!
Yo Tylo, it is lovely to see that you seek peace after all this shitshow.Wickeddarkman might be a bit eccentric sometimes, but I don't think he deserves all the trolling and shit-flinging what he gets nowadays. I don't mind his essays and deck-tag-usage-policies, but Loki is right in that you should be careful what you teach to newbies - their whole player identity is merely building up and they are vulnerable to drastic and maybe even semi-permanent changes in their interpretations of MTG. I've always attempted to have a neutral approach on my decks: I want to make sure everybody realizes my decks are meant for BUDGET CASUAL PLAY, as I have never had any interest in hardcore tournament play. I merely want to show all players, both old and new, some cheaper alternatives to playing MTG with your friends.Phew. I finally managed to say what's on my mind. I don't usually want to write long essays like wickeddarkman does, and to be fair, I'm often too lazy to do that anyway. I just get an idea for a silly deck, make it, write some simple guidelines and post it. This just seemed like a proper scenario to vent a little, to get some weight off my chest. I hope this all calms down soon, and we can resume our everyday usage of MTG Vault - hey, at this point we all know there are other alternatives, but we just happen to love the site, eh?
I think I am far too confused to delete any of these right now. I need time to think. Perhaps the mods need to see these as well, and decided themselves, IF the mods return.
Yeah, I've seen him act suspiciously earlier. I don't think he is 'one of the good ones'.
Holy shit, just got here and this site has apparently blown up.I think these guys spammed this deck earlier as well.
Ah, as if I was teleported back to 2012. Lovely memories.+1 like!
I'm glad to hear you found this deck playable! :DI am also glad that you decided to swap some cards out. It is the best way to truly know which cards fit your playstyle the most. Both of the cards you mentioned cost just a teeny bit too high to include in my ready-to-play deck plans, but I can see why they would work out really well.To me the Primordial has always been a huge playmaker in my casual EDH games, so I'm always happy to include one in the deck. Bad Deal on other hand is an ok draw spell, which works alright in casual multiplayer EDH environments. I can still understand cutting them. I am very happy to hear someone is still considering building a deck or two from my designs. It seems all my effort hasn't been wasted after all! If you need a custom budget design, feel free to request one. You can use it as a base for your own designs later on.
