Mass numbers of Elves attacking to win. And getting those mass numbers quickly once you get the requirements that is.
Force summon the Elves with Descendents' Path and Nissa Revane with Essence Warden and/or Staff of the Wild Magus healing for those creature spells being played for minimal mana cost. Titania's Chosen getting stronger for all of those forced summon creatures, and Taunting Elf getting all possible blockers out of the way for attacks. Ezuri, Renegade Leader regenerating the Taunting Elf and Elvish Scapper for multiple uses as well as any other elves destroyed. Elvish Promenade summoning Elf tokens and Ambush Commander turning the forests into Elves as well, in which Oracle of Mul Daya can get lands out quickly. Then Power up your Elves with Oran-Rief, the Vastwood on the creatures summoning sickness period. Then Overrun or Ezuri, Renegade Leader for strength and Trample (If a Taunting Elf isn't on battlefield as well). Attack and win!

I feel the deck has mana problems. I would take out the 4 wardens for 4 llanowar elves. And I would take out the oracle for 2 elvish mystic. I think with 20 lands you are going to be starved for enough games at hitting your 3 drop for archdruid, something your deck needs to function.Get rid of the naturalize for Elvish Scrapper. I say get rid of at least one fog and add another promenade.
