This is the deck I ran to a top8 win today at a local tourny. match wins(game wins) 1-1(3-3) vs UW control 1-0(2-1) vs Mono Blue Delver 1-0(2-0) vs UR Delver 0-1(0-2) vs Mono Black Infect 3-0(6-1) vs Wolf Run Ramp 1-0(2-0) vs RDW 1-1(3-3) vs Tempered Steel 2-0(4-1) vs UB Control This was over two days but I have also changed the sideboard to reflect the changes I would make if I were to replay the deck today.

Elspeth is too high on the curve and would only really benefit the control match-up vs UW which you should be able to out race anyways.
i play an almost identical deck http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=259974 i want to know what problems you have with your machups personaly i have trouble with o ring i feel they are easily removed with all the enchantment hate but i can't remove them from the mainbord ,also i found very usefull mana leaks (spesially against control) and dismembers, does the 3 ml 3 o ring 2 fiend work for you? do you think fiend hunter deserves a place in mainboard?
also what are your mainboard changes when you play against mono blue delver decks?
The deck is faster than yours so like the other aggro match ups I try to slow my deck down while supplying dual threats. So what I brought in were the fiend hunters and Oblivion ring since the target killing illusions and it doesnt run much counter magic(at least the version I was playing didn;t, it was splashing white for moorland haunt). I had a tough time vs this deck, probably the toughest match up I had all day. I would have to sit down and try the match up a couple of times before I could tweek the sideboard enough to be comfortable.
