I believe Demonic Tutor is banned completely in legacy.

yeah =/ its not a stretch to just put another diabolic tutor in now what should i replace dimir infiltrator with??
There are tutors that are allowed in legacy and are better than Diabolic Tutor but sadly most of them is not as good as Demonic Tutor and they are worth A LOT. One of those is Grim Tutor. You might also consider playing Liliana Vess. Ofcourse not really a great card but she does have thet vampiric tutor ability and she can return a lot of creatures from graveyards to play under your control. Playing some cards that offer card advantage besides tutors wouldn't be a bad idea aswell, adding Brainstorm and Ponder is crucial in combo decks and your deck could be considered such. Coat of arms is unneccessary though. At least 3 of them is just too much, add more sick spirits. The best ones are Demigods like Divinity of Pride, Demigod of Revenge, Ghastlord of Fugue, Godhead of Awe,...
(To go along with the iname's effect, but without needing the patriarch's bidding right away, possibly at all) Akuta, Born of Ash, bloodghast, demigod of revenge. For the unblockable aspect, Ghastlord of Fugue, but there's many others to consider as well.
i might side deck bloodghast
