I missed playing a mono-black deck, but I was sick of losing because there was no real strategy other than "these cards look cool!" so I built this one. This one is all about control until you can pump the shades to an unblockable level and wipe out your opponent in one sweep.
Use the Instants to kill every creature they put on the board until you can get enough mana to get out some big shades and pump them to a ridiculous level. Failing that, use the Chalice to clean things up.
