General idea is to use Gatecreeper Vine/Axebane Guardian for mana ramp while stalling with Fog/Moonmist/Fog Bank. Otherworld Atlas allows me to draw quickly and always have a Fog on hand. Negate is to take care of big threats, like Supreme Verdict or Bonfire of the Damned, that I wouldn't be able to take care of with a Fog. Cyclonic Rift can clear the field in an emergency. Otherworld Atlas, Doorkeeper, and Increasing Confusion can mill my opponent, thus limiting their options (On the other hand, this could also end up thinning their deck and letting them find something good.) But, I could also use mill as a win condition, by simply stalling the game and forcing the opponent to draw, and hitting with Increasing Confusion (Which works great with Axebane Guardian). The other win condition is to stall the game until I can build up Ludevic's Test Subject, then start hitting for 13's. Plus, I could overload Cyclonic Rift to clear the field. And then there's always Door to Nothingness, which, if I can build up some land and guardians, I could use because of mana from Axebane Guardian. My worry is that there's too much going on with this deck. Maybe I should stick to one solid win condition rather than having a possibility of three? I'm planning on just testing it until I see which one is easier to achieve. Or, if it works well with all three, I can keep it like this. But everything in here is meant to stall the opponent in some way. Edit 12/13/2012: I decided to go with more of an aggro win con using Ludevic's Test Subject. I replaced Gatecreeper Vine with Galvanic Alchemist. Galvanic Alchemist paired with Axebane Guardian gives infinite mana. I then removed the gates because they were really only there to be brought to the hand with Gatecreeper Vine. Since I'm going more aggro, I took out Increasing Confusion. I chose Terrifying Presence over Moonmist. I added Infinite Reflection because having copies of Ludevic's Abomination doesn't sound like a bad idea. I'm still running one copy of Door to Nothingness, simply because it could be useful if I can't do combat damage (Like if playing a deck running a bunch of fogs like my own). I considered getting rid of Doorkeeper, since I'm not trying as hard to mill now. I thought of maybe replacing it with Trestle Troll. Thank you to everyone on Tapped Out who gave me new ideas on what to do with this deck.
