Deck Description

A deck made with paper cards at hand. I really like the become immense+temur battlerage combo.

The deck started out with alot of mana ramp and huge creatures like Borborygmos. It has now taken on a more aggressive form with some landfall.

The sideboard are just cards being considered.

How to Play

Hit hard and quite fast. Gamble and magmatic insigt along with the fetchlands makes sure you can cast become immense very cheap.

Huge combo with temur battle rage and inquisitor's flail, resulting in a quad-strike trample damage.

Don't be afraid to waste the spells, there are a couple of cards that lets you draw extra cards during upkeep for lategame.

A note for the rules on quad-strike: You would have to assign combat damage to the blocking creature, and combat damage to the defending player (just like normal), THEN the damage is doubled. So some damage will end up overkilling the blocking creature.

Deck discussion for Quad-strike R/G

Hi nilleh,

I'm not much up on Legacy Red/Green Aggro, but with all those +1/+1 counters you're making in the deck you might try adding Hardened Scales.

I count five cards that create +1/+1 counters
Abbot of Keral Keep, Den Protector, Heir of the Wilds, Monastery Swiftspear, Shaman of the Great Hunt

With

Hardened Scales
Enchantment, G (1)
If one or more +1/+1 counters would be placed on a creature you control, that many plus one +1/+1 counters are placed on it instead.

Your creatures get to keep counters and grow stronger over time.

I'm suggesting you should add it to your deck. May be try it in place of lightning Berzerker.

I appreciate your advice but I'm afraid you are wrong.

Abbot of Keral Keep, Heir of the Wilds, and Monastery Swiftspear does not give +1/+1 counters, they only grow for the remainder of the turn. Read the effect carefully and you will see the difference :)

Hardened scales is a really good card though! I have it in one of my paper +1/+1 counters deck.

Ahh I missed that the +1/+1 from prowess are not counters. Thank you for correcting me.
