The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...
Start typing a card name and use the auto-complete feature to quickly select the card you're trying to add. Enter a quantity and add that card to your sideboard!
Submit a list of cards below to bulk import them all into your sideboard. Post one card per line using a format like "4x Birds of Paradise" or "1 Blaze", you can even enter just the card name by itself like "Wrath of God" for single cards.
Mono Blue deck focused around milling your opponent and drawing cards to get your milling power. Update: After some suggestions, both here and elsewhere, Tome Scour was finally returned to the deck. Finally added the two Jace, the Mind Sculptor we were eyeing, dropped the unneeded bulk of Lorthos, the Tidemaker for him. A mild amount of card draw was replaced, but it is still useful in virtually any blue deck so mostly it was kept. Other mild updates were made to some card quantities.

you only have two mill cards in here, and a few gargantuan creatures that you'll never get out no Grimoire Thief? or Hedron Crab? Tome Scour? traumatize is not gonna do anything if you dont have any more mill cards to finish the job ya know? http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=52269

Well, a majority of the deck is there to predict what is to come in the deck, draw more cards to have all of my mill cards on hand, and mill the opponent with Traumatize (at first), then Archive Trap, and, when we bother buying it, Jace the Mind Sculptor.

you need more mill; instead of drawing more mill cards, just have more in ur deck?????? also, ur mana curve is problematic! ull get slaughtered early game; some of the cards are a bit random; so I'd defintely consider more mill if that's what ur going for or add control (best way to do that is by adding white) ;)
Now that we've moved around a bit of the cards and added some of the suggestions, can anyone suggest a sideboard. Though keep in mind that the deck is going to stay Type 2 Standard, and I'd like to remain within the bounds of Mono Blue, within the M10 and Zendikar Block sets.
Close chief, put in 4 Hedron Crabs. If you summon 1 per turn starting turn 1, in the time it takes you to summon all 4 Hedron Crabs, they've lost 38 cards (including the cards they've been drawing).. After that you'll just Tome Scour them to death.
