This looks interesting. If speed is what you want, Elvish Piper may work well here. Or maybe Omnath.

Take out all the cards you actually DON't have and stop hoping. It won't happen, deal with it.

Chant of the Vitu-Ghazi would also do well. Using convoke will make sure you have enough mana because if you do play it, you wont need any blockers anyway.

But what if your opponent is using a deck based around creatures such as Khamal, Pit Fighter? Some kill cards wouldn't go astray here.

If your going for infinite turns, another good combo to consider is Time Walk and Timetwister.

30min from 1 side of town to the other is not small. 5min is.

I do have a good reason. When I started magic (in 08) I got the Divine vs Demonic duel set. This is essentially the Divine deck with a few alterations. Also, I live a small country town. The nearest place to get Magic cards is in Brisbane, usually a little more than 2hrs away, but with all the recent flooding it can take up to a 5hrs.

You could actually gain extra mana if multiple lands are tapped and multiple Merrow Reejerey's are in play.
Also, a little white for extra defensive measures wouldn't hurt.

It usually does, and using regrowth on Untamed Wilds is also very fun.

Abyssal Specter, maybe Unnerve? Especially in a large multiplayer situation.

Maybe try some Leechriddin Swamps instead of Piranha Marsh. Otherwise, this is brilliant

It is a good deck, but I suggest running oblivion Ring instead of Journey to Nowhere

A good idea for a deck and rather well made. My only suggestion would be to replace the Diabolic Tutors with Demonic Tutors.

Why not run some slivers, just to make it even more evil. Telekinesis Sliver would overload your tapping power. Adding that sliver that allows you to put the top card of an opponents library on the bottom would simply make your opponent want to kill you (not in the game). Adding in some of those changelings that make a creature all creature types would also make the deck over charged.

Switch out the Diabolic Tutor for Demonic Tutor. Maybe add in Jace, the Mind Sculptor or Jace Beleren. Deathrender might be a good idea as well.

Try replacing some of the Demonic Appetite cards with some Oni Possession. It costs a little more, but gives the creature trample. For a land fix, try Mox Jet if you can get your hands on it.

It's actually 24 mana - 4 x mox pearl and 4 x mox emerald. Selesnya Sanctuary gives me {w} and {g} when I tap it for mana, so really it's 26 mana out of 64 cards, which is a good ratio.
