Nicol Bolas Knows All, but i shall share my intelligence with you lower life forms. While Leyline of Anticipation or Vedalken Orrery is in play, use Mindslaver. Then during your opponents next turn cast reset, if you have it, then Trade Secerts as an instant, and draw most or all of your cards. Then use reset, and either cast Laboratory Maniac , Molten Psyche or Runeflare Trap.

percisly how a blue deck should opperate. Complex and control my opponent the next big step for blue player! :)
Could you not alternitively just make them forfeit when you control their turn?
