Start typing a card name and use the auto-complete feature to quickly select the card you're trying to add. Enter a quantity and add that card to your sideboard!
Submit a list of cards below to bulk import them all into your sideboard. Post one card per line using a format like "4x Birds of Paradise" or "1 Blaze", you can even enter just the card name by itself like "Wrath of God" for single cards.
Use Melek to cast a double-Epic Experiment, use Increasing Vengeance to cast it 2 more times. Then use Psychic Spiral to make the opponent mill for major card numbers. You can also use a quad-cast Increasing Confusion via Increasing Vengeance after arranging your top-deck with Index. Jace and Deranged Assistant can be used to remove less than beneficial cards from the top of your library. Fluxcharger can keep you alive and deter opponents from attacking.

I'm glad you like it! I'm still doing some playtesting using proxies and edits will likely be coming. Still, thanks for the feedback!
You know, Past in Flames could be nice for when you use Epic Experiment. That way you have a whole bunch of spells to cast out of your graveyard. You should check out my Izzet deck if you get a moment http://www.mtgvault.com/blackrazz/decks/izzet-me-or-are-you-dead/
The problem with Past in Flames is that it gives them flashback. Flashback, once resolved, exiles the card. That prevents it from being used to fuel Psychic Spiral. Still, I'll look at it.
True... that doesn't help so much XP
I think I might remove Increasing Confusion. I usually fodder it to a Psychic Spiral, which prevents its flashback from being used effectively. I'm not sure what to fill the slot with though.
I am about to create my own Izzet mill deck. I like some concepts from this deck and other stuff I don't like. Maybe, its because there are better cards that you NEED to add with M14 coming out tomorrow. Things like Traumatize (mill half library instantly) would be great. For the deck I'm forming, Goblin Electromancer might be a very valuable card as well. When the deck is done being built I will post on MTGVault and would be glad to send you a link if you're interested. My strongest decks have always been mill decks or Izzet decks.... so I thought to myself, "Why not both???"
