Looks good, maybe add a sol ring and a demonic tutor to make life a bit easier.

As far as proliferate goes, the only ones i would consider would be engine and inexorable tide cuz they could maybe get thraxi big and beefy (engine is especially awesome cuz it can destroy a persons creatures and it proliferates twice for 4 friggin mana). I wouldn't put too much stock into proliferate and coutners cuz crap usually gets wiped often, especially when it gets big and chances are pretty good you'll have to blow spells when thraxi isn't out so then you're spending 4 for a counter or 5 for a removal when you could pay 2 (counterspell, terminate)Spelljack is better than fuel for the cause. last word is a good counter spell too cuz its ABSOLUTE!!!! TROLOLOL.
moar gud zombies - skinrender, helldozer (cuz there is some ridiculous land out there), COFFIN QUEEN, geth lord o teh vault, phage the untouchable, GRAVEBORN MUSE!!!!!!, zomg LIGHTNING REAVER, deathbringer thoctar (thoctar plus deathtouch = kill every creature without shroud or indestruct), vengeful pharoah, lich lord of unx, withered wretch, sedris traitor king, CABAL INTERROGATOR. replace them with fellers like grixis grimblade cuz hes iddy biddy.
Card draw is pretty much the most important thing. ponder is so so but think twice is just too small; pay 5 mana for 2 cards. Mind's eye, rhystic study, consecrated sphinx (but hes $$$) arcanis, mind spring - these are better cuz you have 1 card that could potentially fill your hand back up and more.
Recursion is also important - e.g. "I play insurrection and kill urrbody" - next turn - call to mind and repeat.
Graveyard steal is also cheap and efficient. Beacon of unrest, rise from the grave, geth and so on. Lands that come in tapped can also bone you hardcoar. I try to only use the bounce lands (the ones that tap for 2). Journeyer's kite is great for mana fixing basic lands. Mana fixing and card draw are pretty much all that matters. As Tom Cruise said "In the land of the blind, the man with the most mana and cards in hand wins"

some more stuff to go along with sac crap (effective when used in conjunction with grave pact and butcher of malikar and skullclamp) -
dread return (switch with gravedigger)
contamination
victimize (soooo good)
consuming vapors
demon of death's gate and xathrid demon
the veil liliana
braids cabal minion
hell's caretaker
vile consumption (if you had plenty of tokens out and gravepact/butcher you could wipe everyone's creatures then trololol)
