Just a deck made with torn intentions of high speed efficiency, low budget, and simplicity. The result is not as low budget as hoped (only due to the Shock Lands), but fits the other two goals well. Keep playing creatures and swarm the enemy. When the little guys meet their end, pull them right back out, rinse, and repeat. Add some power with Rallys.
Turn 1: Play a Plains and a 1-drop.Turn 2: Play another 1-drop, attack, and drop a Bounce Land.Turn 3: Play the Plains again, cast 2 more creatures, and attack.Turn 4: Cast Rally or Proclamation and attack. They won't deal much damage on their own at first, but the early power advantage will keep the enemy's side empty for a while or you'll slowly ween them down before the wipe out. You know the ratio is set up for more than a 50% chance of getting another creature every turn. There is only so much blocking to be done before they lose the race. Start with a sprint and glide to the finish!

Why the loam lion? You only have 4 forests, so it might be a bit hard to activate. And since it's mono-white, a regular plains would probably better than the Temple Garden. Also, you might not want to have the bounce lands, as you only have a few 3 mana cards.

You know, I'm not sure. I think I ran out of good enough 1-drops and wanted to help ensure the lion got his boost. I'll look into it again sometime and check. Thanks for pointing that out.
