Why not use ball lightning's instead of Arc Runner, it's 3 red, so same converted cost, and since for this deck being all red it doesn't matter. And it's 6/1. I haven't been up to date on the game in a while maybe ball lightning isn't in type 2 now or something, but just saying it would be a better card for same cost.
