where are your basic lands. you cant just use special ones. they all come in tapped slowing down the deck.

i agree(mostly) ATLEAST take out the guild gates and frost marshes and replace them with basic land ATLEAST do that since they have no other effect and personally i think you should also take out aqueduct since its only good really if u combo it with jwar isle

I agree with Connor and Brandon. But also you only have 5 different creatures. It's all a little repetitive. Have more variety, find which ones go better together and then repeat. Also a lot of this is high-mana stuff, that's where variety comes in. Get some more lower cost cards. Also what's your goal, mill or damage? I know it's a Dimir deck but you took all the cards with cipher and put them together. Some are better at damage some are for milling.
