Deck Description

The idea with this deck is to get as many life-gain sources out as possible to support the Ajani's Pridemates and to be able to off you opponent with Sanguine Bond.

The deck was made with just the cards I actually had, and only a very select few cards I didn't.

How to Play

Archangel of Thune and Ajani will help getting all the weaklings in this deck to atleast a bit of a challenge against against your opponents.

There are 24 direct lifegain sources in here (Including the Planeswalkers), so the chance of having atleast a few in any game is quite large, and that's not mentioning the indirect lifegains in the deck.

The deck is fairly simple to play, just get as much lifegain as you possibly can and you will win.

Deck discussion for Lifegain -> Lifeloss

More Ajani's Pridemate, get ride of Greed, Devout Champions and the Chalice's. You can sideboard Revoke Existence, unless you know someone in your play group is using artifacts or enchantments. Replace Devout Champion and Soulmender with a Falidar Sovereign and some Champion of the Parish, another Angel of Thune, Safe Passage, and more Doomblades/Go For The Throat. Maybe an Imposing Sovereign or two.
The only thing I think this deck is missing is some power. Something to stop an attacker from running over you once they have the cards to do so. You need something that'll stop someone from messing with you until you can get your life total high enough to actually not care if someone hits you.

I have to completely agree with your last statement, that's the main problem with this deck.
The deck started out as a support lifegain deck in two head giant where my ally has the main power and I just keep him/her alive. I haven't added more Angels of Thune because they're simply pretty darn expensive.

If the deck is supposed to be a support deck, then I would keep it as it is. Unless you actually want to take this thing into a fight, by yourself, and win. You could try and get Griselbrand or a few Divinity Of Pride. OH! Or that Vampire. Blood Baron of Vizkopa or Vish Kal, Blood Arbitor. Decent enough creatures with abilities that could win the game for you.
