V2 of this deck. Tested and improved.
This is a Combo-Control deck based on mainly 2 cards, " Isochron Scepter" and "Echo Mage".
The main objective is to use the search spells with "Echo Mage" to boost your hand and possibilities.
Having Spellbook on the game is imperative so you can search all the cards and play them when its convinient.
Try always to start the game with 1 of both on you hand and a search spell.
The most important imprints for the "Isochron Scepter" are "Boomerang" and "Lightning Helix". If you dont have any of the 4 "Alloy Myr" to use the multi coloured spells, you can imprint them with " Isochron Scepter" and use them for 2 uncoloured mana, every time you need.
You should use "Worldly Tutor" to get creatures in this sequence, "Echo Mage" -> 2x "Cytoplast Manipulator" -> "Braids, Conjurer Adept";
For this combo you need "Isochron Scepter" with "Boomerang" imprinted so you can use up to 3x "Boomerang" throwing the oponents creatures up to his hand and 1 "Cytoplast Manipulator" to yours so they can reenter the game at your upkeep and renew their counters for free with "Braids, Conjurer Adept", as long as 1 "Cytoplast Manipulator" remains in play you can control all incoming creatures.
If you have "Mishra, Artificer Prodigy", "Braids, Conjurer Adept" and "Echo Mage" you can pull to your hand up to 3 artifacts with level 4 "Echo Mage" and "Fabricate" for 5 mana and play them for free at next upkeep with "Braids, Conjurer Adept", after, by playing artifacts "Mishra, Artificer Prodigy" will pull another artifact with the same name to play for free. Be sure to have instant spells to imprint your "Isochron Scepter" and your "Sculpting Steel"-"Isochron Scepter" Copys, before you pull them to the game.
"Arcanis the Omnipotent" serves as a hand builder aswell as "Echo Mage"-"Isochron Scepter"-"Quicken" to buy cards. Be sure to have "Spellbook" in game.
There are many forms to win the game, mostly is by removing all permanents from the game, controling the oponents creatures, combat or spell damage.

"Mnemonic Nexus" (to Re'Search all the cards you lost, you only have 2 so be careful to have 1 always in your hand)

level 2-4 "Echo Mage"->"Isochron Scepter"-"Boomerang" (you put all the game up to his hand up to 3 cards at once)
level 2-4 "Echo Mage"->"Isochron Scepter"-"Hurkyl's Recall" (artifact players cant take this one, you win the game when you put tis combo in the game.)
Hard Combos:
level 2-4 "Echo Mage"-> "Isochron Scepter"-"Mystical Tutor / Worldly Tutor"-> "Arcanis the Omnipotent" (to buy the 3 cards you just put on the top)
level 2-4 "Echo Mage"-> "Fabricate"-> "Braids, Conjurer Adept"-> "Mishra, Artificer Prodigy" (a 2 turn combo that boost the number of artifacts on play for free)
level 4 "Echo Mage"-> "Isochron Scepter"-"Boomerang"-> "Cytoplast Manipulator" to hand *next upkeep* "Braids, Conjurer Adept" -> "Cytoplast Manipulator" to play (counter renewer, play this on the Oponensts ending turn, always leave atleast one "Cytoplast Manipulator" in game)
Ultimate Combo:
level 4 "Echo Mage"-> "Isochron Scepter"-"Desperate Ritual"-> "Blaze"-> level 4 "Echo Mage" (deals 3x8 damage to the player or creature)
