Kiki-Jiki means shenanigans. This deck is chock full of them, too.Steal your opponent(s) creatures, copy them, beat your opponent over the head with his or her own baddies. Sticking an opponent's General in his/her hand or returning it to the command zone is annoying, but stealing their General is guaranteed to tick them off and put a smile on your face. The cincher is Zealous Conscripts. Lacking removal or any cancel, this is a game winner: infinite 3/3 creatures with haste hitting the battlefield. And if any opponent is still standing after that onslaught, unless the original Zealous Conscripts or Kiki-Jiki is killed or exiled you get to repeat it every turn.
If you ever hear someone say that Kiki-Jiki isn't a great commander, it is because they've never played against someone who can use him correctly. Fact is, he's one of the best - if not the best - mono red commander out there. Before stealing any creatures, I like to have Conjurer's Closet on the battlefield if possible. Kiki-Jiki also comes out as quickly as possible. At a cost of 5, in a mono-red deck that should be no later than turn 5.The Kiki-Jiki + Zealous Conscripts is just one fun infinite combo. Another exists with Dross Scorpion + Mycosynth Lattice + Kiki-Jiki + Ashnod's Altar for infinite colorless mana. Alternately, Priest of Urabrask enhanted with Splinter Twin + Dross Scorpion + Mycosynth Lattice + Ashnod's Altar = infinite red mana + infinite colorless mana (though it won't matter due to Mycosynth Lattice's effects).Don't forget, with the infinite mana combos or the infinite creatures combos, you get infinite +1/+1 counters on Havengul Vampire and Hamletback Goliath. Rage Thrower out during one of those combos means all of your opponents are dealt infinite damage meanwhile. With Mycosynth Lattice + one or more Hellkite Tyrants, you will essentially automatically win. Even if you don't have 20 or more artifacts, you'll have all of a target opponent's lands, creatures, tokens, enchantments, and any regular artifacts should Hellkine do any combat damage to him or her. It's hard to win when you don't have anything on the board and no way to get anything on the board. With Mycosynth Lattice out, Slobad prevents board wipes, allowing you to keep half of your permanents on the board unless your stuff can't gain indestructability. With Darksteel Forge + Mycosynth Lattice, everything you have has indestructible.Don't forget, with all the stealing and copying with this deck you get to start using abilities and creatures your opponent(s) control to come up with your own crazy combos!

Did you consider putting Insurrection in? It lets you steal all creatures.

Thanks, Green Oni! I did not know about that card - it is now in my cart for my next order, destined for this deck! Too bad Panoptic Mirror is banned from EDH. But I've added 4 more for a casual PM deck I made, just to make my buddies cry. XDThanks again for letting me know about this gem!!
[4 more Insurrection, not PMs]
