The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...
Start typing a card name and use the auto-complete feature to quickly select the card you're trying to add. Enter a quantity and add that card to your sideboard!
Submit a list of cards below to bulk import them all into your sideboard. Post one card per line using a format like "4x Birds of Paradise" or "1 Blaze", you can even enter just the card name by itself like "Wrath of God" for single cards.
Hateflayer is one of those cards that I loved the moment I saw it. Here is my attempt to abuse it.I would love some version of Energy Tap that I could use with Elite Arcanist, but Energy Tap feels like one of those cards that they don't really print anymore, so.EDIT1: Energy Tap is out; by the time I have Hateflayer on the table, I should be winning. Swapped in some nonbasics I had lying around. The deck needs more small utility creatures who can get Hateflayer onto the board faster and serve as potential enchantment targets.EDIT2: Added Azure Mage, Jushi Apprentice, and Mothdust Changeling.EDIT3: Swapped out the Elite Arcanists, Braids of Fire, and a few other cards for Merfolk Looters and Lightning Maulers. Please let me know if you have any suggestions! I'd like to build a non-proxy version of this some day, so keeping it relatively inexpensive would be cool.
1. Training Grounds.2. Hateflayer, either hardcast or cheated out.3. Give your Hateflayer things to do with Auras.4. Win with Hateflayer damage or a big ol' Comet Storm.

I like this deck. It uses fun tap/untap abilities in ways people haven't really explored before. +1 for innovation. One thing I would suggest would be to run more Quicksilver Daggers, as those guys can really do work digging through your deck and pinging off cheap creatures, then of course the combo with Hateflayer. I feel like you don't really need the Twitch though. They don't add much that you don't already have, and their combo potential is somewhat limited. Maybe take them out and run some cheap card draw instead. Steam Augury is not bad here, and Dig Through Time is even better, but hugely more expensive money wise. The card draw will give you more consistency and versatility in your deck, which combo decks really need.

Thanks for your thoughts! I'm a fan of Steam Augury; I'll try plugging it in and seeing how it goes (you're correct, Dig Through Time is very much out of my price range). I'm playing Twitch mostly in order to attach it to Elite Arcanist, so if I cut Twitch, I might cut the Arcanist as well (the only other instant that the Arcanists really like, given Training Grounds, is Seething Song, but that still feels like a less-than-optimal use of two cards). I've played Foresee in the past and have liked it a lot, but the Arcanist can't use it.
