Nevinyrral's Disk. confused by the 45 cards myself. i wonder how this would play vs my elf deck.
a way to get as many of these rats into your gaveyard as possible and then lilian vess..........
i feel safe with a turn 3 5/4 for cmc 3.
i would also find a place for soul's might and mage slayer. have a peek at my beast deck if you like.
swap aether charge for where ancients tread, same casting cost, more damage.
not bad. there are some spells and enchantments i think you could benefit from how ever. have a peek at my beast deck for ideas if you like.
i don't waste the card slot with mana production elves, i use harrow, rampant growth, and trace of abundance. with a good draw you can have access to 4-7 mana by turn 3-4. please feel free to peek and comment my beast deck.
my friends refuse to play my elf deck most of the time. feel free to have a look and ask questions. http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=50323
how fast does this generate tokens? it's not bad just seems spread thin. by turn 6 i can be putting out around 60 a turn, with out the doubling season.
see the glaze fiend benefits just as much from the myr /ashnod combo as the glassdust. what it usually comes down to is which one is on the board when the combo pops off.
it doesn't work my friend. If a spell has no mana cost of any sort (not even {0}), then the replicate ability that is created will have no way to pay its cost.
i substituted your mana for: 4x wooded bastion 4x reflecting pool 4x rupture spire 4x jungle shrine with 4x each of Llanowar Elves, and birds of paradise. i also swapped out 2 of the wooly thoctars with 2x meglonoth. it's good to have a 6/6 that deals direct dmg on a block. i also suggest a couple mage slayers for the meglonoth so they deal on atk as well. plus if they stack, one meglonoth deals 12 direct dmg.
true. i was thinking of the effects of cascadeing into bond of agony.
i'm definitely going to make this one.
i can't wait to try to make this one and try it out.
the problem with bond of agony is not even the developers can decide on how to rule on this, it's technically an exception to the rules. it's worded poorly as a 1st turn victory, however as soon as you get 10 mana into play game over. a couple dark rituals would help this happen faster, not sure of a white cards that would help.
