What's the point of having Scalding Tarn? Also, I think Lightning Bolt would be a better choice than Fireblast.

The Tarn is probably for deck thinning, and Fireblast is better than Bolt in a lot of cases as it lets you play any spells you need to, and still kill your opponent with no mana open.
The way I see it is there's only 20 mana, and wasting a turn to fetch a mountain would be wasting time. You need all the land you can get in a goblin deck, and sacrificing two just seems like a bad idea that could leave you mana dry later (if you haven't won already, of course). And, for two land you get 4 damage. With Lightning Bolt, two land gets you 6 damage, and you don't have to sacrifice the lands. I see what you're saying, as it can be a great quick 4 damage to end the game, but I still believe Lightning Bolt would be a better choice. All up to the player though.
Forget Scalding Tarn and go with Teetering Peaks. Why don't you use battle cry? Why goblin sledder?
How can someone make a goblin deck without goblin guides? Cast him first round and attack. Attack second round and grenade him. 9 point of damage by round two. By round three you can finish them off. I'd run less goblins and a touch more burn This is a goblin deck I built which kills in three to four rounds http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=231052
