A midrange deck designed to be a good shell for making an Azban shell. This one leans more black primarily, but it should be fine to rotate most of the black stuff out for Khans goodies.
There are basically two ways to do it, depending on your opening draw. First, you could ramp if you have a Dreg Mangler and an Elvish Mystic to start, and just drop/swing as much as possible. The other way is to pitch creatures to make a Lotleth Troll huge while waiting around to drop huge creatures. You can sideboard in more removal or speed as you need it. Whips in the sideboard to handle slugfests. This deck wants to attack as much as possible, so the lifegain can help you swing with the best. Also good synergy with Lotleth Troll.

nice midrange deck! i would play this deck, except slitherhead is a horrible card. consider master of the feast for sideboard.

Yeah, I have been thinking about what to play instead at the 1 spot. I really like pitching them to Lotleth, and they're helpful on pretty much everything else to out-match the things on curve.
ah... ok then
