and btw, l have the rancor in there to give a little trample.

had alpha status in a much earlier version. would rather have something else. would like a good blocker with regen or a defensive deterrent.

Ran a preliminary version of this minus the intruder alarm and presence of gond. won on turn three with the druid, spike and altar. I WOULD like some artifact searching but am clueless. just wanted a deck full of infinite loops to combat my friends' nasty decks. the mercy killing on an infinitely huge quillspike or keep it for indestructable creatures. deglamer for the same indestructability. trying so hard to keep deck a good size.

~desperately seeking good ideas.

very similar in effect as my Silver Bullet deck. me like. I used Oona's Blackguards and unblockable rogues in place of the hippies.

well, you could always throw in an angel or archangel, a banshee of some sort, a gambit.

hive mind deck sounds like fun especially if you can put out an "epic" spell from kamigawa block. the blue oneand then make sure you have nothing your opponents can use in your deck. one on one fun for sure.

I have a very similar deck in use right now. very similar. I like your approach too but I would agree with arcane fighter, sanguine bond for sure! also, it is black, and my deck gets a buzzing into action with some dark rituals! check out my B/W deck and let me know what you think...

I typically win by turn 6 as long as I start with an ok cut. usually, get out the 1/1's with the enchantments. attack mercilessly, if I get the sanguine bond or if I get the insidious dreams(for plague wind and dark rituals), it's usually lights out.

I had built a similar deck of esper that I still run. I threw in a couple esperzoa's to help keep bouncing arifacts around: sanctum gargoyle, filligree angel, sharruum the hegemon, sphinx summoner, etc. a lot of atifacts that have "come into play" abilities. looks fun though! -I wish I had your Master of etherium!

you should throw in some counterspelling for natualizes, disenchants, shatterstorms, etc.

BTW, Glassdust hulk works very very well in an esper deck too ;)

1: I play for fun in group games that use a lot of Mill. and by fun, I mean mostly not designed to kill, but to annoy. so, really, just fun for me:)
2: useless? :( which ones?

I try to have a deck or two put together that has several different ways to run. most, if not all, for fun. I ran (a version of) this deck and everyone(4 others) needed to gang up on me just to get rid of me. all were very cutthroat decks too. mill, burn, stompy, etc...

but really, which cards you deem useless?

I built a similar core Idea deck but used different cards. persist creatures with juniper order ranger, modular and graft creatures. I used blue too though. Vigeon hydropon, cytospawn shambler, arcbound worker, arcbound fiend, arcbound etc...

I try not to build super-kill decks. I only play home games, and for fun at that. But even in home games, this deck rarely loses.

I took the goldmeadow harriers out and replaced with the stun snipers. costs a little less in the end and has a two-fold ability. tried to keep as many red/white cards as I could to also justify the mimics. Windborn muse would work very well though! If only I owned some...
