Deck Description

[u]Basic Idea[u]
I've been playing around with this idea for quite some while. Wickeddarkman mentioned [[Stingmoggie]] in a comment on another deck and as I really love proliferate I tried to get some cards together to make a proliferate-control deck. The main problem here was to get cards that would help stay alive while keep an opponent under control. [[Stingmoggie]] sound really great, but in the end you have to pay 4+4mana to get a 1/1 and remove a single land, which is rather expensive.

[u]Maybe-board[/u]
Serrated Arrows is in the maybe-board.

[u]Tests[/u]
I have tested this deck against other pauper decks. The decks I tested against are a mixture of Control and Aggro and the result are recorded in a spreadsheet. If you're interested in details from the spreadsheet, feel free to ask.

[u]Conclusions from the tests[/u]
[[Phantom Nomad]] can survive quite a long time and it's bigger brother [[Phantom Flock]] is an excellent finisher. [[Shinewend]] and [[Stingmoggie]], the cards that made me build this deck, saw very little use. [[Stingmoggie]] is rather slow and expensive but can be used to cut of an opponent from one colour of mana in longer games. [[Shinewend]] can "only" remove artifacts and enchantments so it's control uses against certain decks is very limited.
All in all the deck has some potential, tough I'm thinking of building an Azorius (W/U), or even a Selesnya (W/G), variant of the deck due to better proliferate possibilities.

I'm open to all suggestions and ideas that may help to improve this deck.

How to Play

[[Phantom Nomad]] and you control spells will help you to survive the first part of the game, until you have enough mana to play [[Stingmoggie]] or [[Phantom Nomad]]. [[Stingmoggie]] can cut of your opponent from one colours (if you're playing against a multi-colour deck) and with less and less mana, [[Mana Tithe]] can be used again with great effect.
