Basic IdeaThis deck is intended for first-time players. To make a beginner friendly deck I decide to keep the deck extra simple, so that the new player can focus on getting to know the rules, tactics and understanding what's going on.Cardpool and BudgetMass-strengthening-effects (+x/+x to all creatures) and cards with multiple effects are not allowed. Lands are limited to Common's and Uncommon's, no Rare's or Mythic's. Other cards are limited to Common's, Uncommon's and 1 Rare (max. 4 copies) per deck, no Mythic's.The overall budget should be between 15 to 20$. (Estimated mid value).TestsI have tested this deck against other beginner decks. The decks I tested against are a mixture of Control and Aggro and the result are recorded in a spreadsheet. If you're interested in details from the spreadsheet, feel free to ask. I'm open to all suggestions and ideas that may help to improve this deck.
The "leader" of this deck is [[Immaculate Magistrate]] which can strengthen a single creature in no time, when the card is supported by a bunch of small creatures. [[Lys Alana Huntmaster]] helps you to double your gain from your creature spells, while [[Lead the Stampede]] helps you not tu run pout of cards.

good but colossal majesty is complietly useless

Any ideas of what to replace it with? I planned it with Immaculate Magistrate in mind as creature that can strengthen others but the Magistrate can be removed rather easily.
Maybe Elvish Promenade can take Colossal Majesty's place? I've been playing Elves since Lorwyn / Shadowmoor and, especially in the earlier days, making a ton of Elves always felt good.On the same note, finding space for Gilt-Leaf Ambush may be worth it. These two spells are Tribal, so they also trigger Lys Alana Huntmaster.
Problem with Elvish Promenade is that it will push the deck over the already exceeded cash limit (14-16$). I will give Gilt-Leaf Ambush a try tough it might be too complicated to understand for a beginner. *Edit: Just swapped Llanowar Elves for Elvish Mystic. Does the same but the average price is 1.11$ for the elves vs. 0.22$ for the Mystic, guess the Elves are played by too many people.
Llanowar Elves is currently in Standard. And they're the iconic elf mana dork. So the price difference is not that surprising.
