Deck Description

Basic Idea
I wanted to do a pauper Devotion deck, and with Green and black as only colours which have access to pauper-legal devotion spells the combination was set from the beginning.

Tests
I have tested this deck against other pauper decks. The decks I tested against are a mixture of Control and Aggro and the result are recorded in a spreadsheet. If you're interested in details from the spreadsheet, feel free to ask.

I'm open to all suggestions and ideas that may help to improve this deck.

How to Play

The creatures in this deck will all help you to stay alive and build up devotion to black and green. With enough devotion on the field, you can start to use these with [[Gray Merchant of Asphodel]], [[Aspect of Hydra]] and [[Nylea's Disciple]].

[[Gift of the Deity]] serves as one-sided removal, forcing your opponent to block with all his creatures (or at least with enough so that they can deal enough damage to kill your attacker) while your creature only needs to assign 1 point of combat damage to kill an opponents creature.

I haven't been able to test this deck. I would be very happy if you could give me a short summary on how it played, where it's weaknesses are and so on.

Will do if I get it built myself. Waiting on my play group to get their decks first because they usually talk and don't do i'll keep you updated though.
