if you want to "un budget" it then replace the shocks with real duals
matchupsShow and Tell (with wishboard); you can out tempo this guy through countermagic. Thalia and Lodestone golem is backbreaking and gaddock teeg stops dig through time and sneak attack. Even after boarding this matchup only gets better. As a side note chant-scepter is hilarious if the flying spaghetti monster cant attack because eventually knight WILL get bigger than emrakul.Show and tell (without wishboard); game one is slightly harder than its wishboard counterpart but still managable. Post board its more 50/50 since they get more removal options and countermagic against you than its wishboard counterpart.Death and Taxes; about 50/50. An early meddling mage on swords into a knight of the reliquary is a hilariously fast clock. Their wastelands can be dead to them since we run so many basics and if we silence them enough they cant get out batterskull. At the same time we could have 0 gas and just get run over by a truck. As a side note they have no real answer to an early scepter into orims chant if they havnt gotten an aether vial out. Their only real answer is flickerwisp and good luck getting that out after orim's chant becomes something you cast every turn. Post board it gets a lot worse but now we can hate out some other things via pithing needle. Like vial.Miracles; gaddock teeg shuts down terminus, entreat the anges, force of will, jace, bonfire of the damned. It's rediculous how much one card does in this matchup especially if you follow it up from a meddling mage on swords to plowshares.
