A nice little Discard Deck. I've played with it many times and have won quite a considerable amount of times, especially since it's so quick. It can work for both single play and/or be dominant against multiple people.
The main focus is on making your opponent(s) discard from their hand, with the addition of losing life/being dealt damage because of your enchantments: Liliana's Caress and Megrim. The more of them you have out, the faster you'll win. With them out, your most powerful card in your arsenal would more than likely be Burning Inquiry, and if you can use Reverberate on that Burning Inquiry, and you have at least two Megrim or two Liliana's Caress or even one of each, the game is over if they cant counter one of those spells and/or destroy your enchantments. with each card discarded, the enchantment equals the loss of 2 life or 2 damage for each card discarded. One Burning Inquiry would be 6 loss of life or damage, therefore two Megrim or Liliana's Caress would be double; each card discarded would then equal 4 loss of life or 4 damage dealt. Pretty simple, pretty deadly, and pretty damn fun!

Nice deck. Looks like a beauty. I kind of want to play it just to see what it's like. It's pretty fast, do you ever have problems with having a lack of creatures on your side of the board?

I would say yes, only because once they are on the battlefield, opponents find them to be a major threat, therefore they become targets for removal. I try and have them during multi-player, especially Abyssal Nocturnis, but because the majority of my fellow players use black creatures, he is usually blocked and then reverts back to his 2/2 state. Sangromancer is probably the most costly of the creatures. 4 mana is hard to come by in a speedy deck like this, and many times, unnecessary, so the majority of the time, I play the main deck, with no creatures. Although his life gain from discard really is a treat. The Lavaborn Muse has worked well in the past, but I now consider 4 mana to be allot, lol. My most successful creature used is the Shocker., along with the enchantment, Power of Fire, works well, but again, removed very quickly, if not, immediately. I like to save up as much mana for the smaller discard spells, especially Burning Inquiry and Reverberate. I do so encourage you to try it out! It really is fun and fast! Well, at least from what I've experienced it is.
Reforge the soul would be nice in here a lot of draw and discard
I may have to just try that out! The Miracle Cost for that is really amazing.
