Mirko Vosk - another 5 drop that will help with the mill maybe -2 aberation +2 Vosk
Pilfered Plans - worth taking a look at for the card draw it provides.
Think Twice - excellent card draw
Crypt Incursion - has saved my @$$ a lot in long games where I'm less than 10 cards away from decking an opponent.

I really like all of the discard you have, but it may be worth looking into balancing it out with some card draw to make sure you have what you need.

Feels like you could use sands of delirium as an extra mill engine, and I would not leave out fog bank. I would suggest dropping sheltering word and two charms for 4 fog bank and two sands of delirium.

I was tossing around a deck idea like this with the gates and door to nothingness when dragons maze comes out.

I think you made the right choice in going with Bump in the Night however I think going to 64 may hinder you in the long run. In your playtesting how many times have you had mana issues getting to 4 and beyond? You have played many games with these decks so only you would know best. If mana has never or very rarely been an issue I would "bump" Bump in the Night back to two and remove those 2 extra swamps.

Holy hell Teysa is going to be great! I have not been watching the Dragons Maze spoilers so that was the first time seeing it when you mentioned it. Teysa will most definately be great in the finisher 7 slot Void is in now.

I messed around a couple hours off and on last night brainstorming about this deck and matchups in my area that I would like to try this deck out against. I came up with this http://www.mtgvault.com/mtgfiend/decks/lithionlx-inspired-orzhov/ if you get a minute take a look please and see what you think.

Thanks in advance and thank you for the deck idea I think I will really enjoy playing an itteration of your idea.

Sounds like a good enough reason to me.

I know from reading through all of the comments; of all of the versions, that you have tested all of these quite extensively. How much value do you give mutilate in the deck? I was trying to toss around a few ideas that I would like to try in the deck and give it some play time to see how I like it.

First thing I came up with was dropping Devour Flesh completely and possibly removing Mutilate as well. (pending what you have found from play testing) If that is an option I was thinking to plus up Smite by 1 and Tragic Slip by 2. Then with the two remaining free slots either bring up two Bump from the SB or finishing up a playset of High Priest.

This all hinges on mutilate not being super necessary in your tesing obviously, but at the very least I would bring up two Bumps to replace Devour for some reason I just don't like it in the deck.
