Turn 1: play and tap a forest for elvish mystic
turn 2: play the mountain,tap for sylvan caraytid, tap elvish mystic for mana so you have 3 mana
turn 3:play the forest, tap for sylvan caraytid and elvish mystic for mana so you have 6 mana to cast Scuttling Doom Engine
