Focused list i see here, it looks like your meta doesn't run many sweepers as I only really see Garna as direct hate for the focused on powering out a super wide board? Other than trying to rely less on artefact ramp (a meta call) and having a few things to protect your board from sweepers (another meta call) id say this deck is a fine place to start for a warriors deck in a slower meta.
